Session length, payment, and cancellation policy

A standard therapy "hour" is 45-50 minutes, though this may vary based on your specific needs and treatment. If you are interested in treatment or have questions, I am happy to schedule a brief introductory conversation with you in person or by telephone.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you will be cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. For appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, you will be billed for the missed session. Cancellation requests may be made by either voicemail or email.

Insurance

I am no longer in-network with any insurance panel, though your policy may reimburse you for out-of-network treatment. Please contact your insurer directly to discuss eligibility restrictions and to determine their policy for repayment for out-of-network providers. You are personally responsible to pay in full at the time of service, and I will provide receipts as needed if you choose to seek reimbursement.
